Terms of Service | InboxTidy

These Terms govern your use of InboxTidy ("the Service"), operated by SHIA KE TAI from Taiwan. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

本條款規範你使用 InboxTidy（以下稱「本服務」）。本服務由 SHIA KE TAI 於台灣個人營運。使用本服務即表示你同意本條款。

1. The Service / 服務內容

InboxTidy connects to your Gmail account to suggest categories for recent emails and apply Gmail labels you confirm. Detailed handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

本服務在你授權下連接 Gmail，建議分類並於你確認後套用 Gmail 標籤。資料處理細節請見隱私權政策。

2. Pricing / 收費

Free trial: The first scan of up to 100 most-recent messages is free, once per Google account.
Paid scan: Each paid scan covers up to 1000 most-recent messages for a one-time charge of USD $3.50. Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record; local sales tax / VAT may be added at checkout depending on your location.
One-time, no subscription: Each purchase grants exactly one scan credit. We do not auto-renew or store your card details.

免費試用：首次掃描免費，上限 100 封最近郵件，每個 Google 帳號限一次。付費方案：每次 USD $3.50，可整理最多 1000 封最近郵件，透過 Lemon Squeezy 結帳（Lemon Squeezy 為法定銷售方，會依你所在地加計當地銷售稅／VAT）。一次性付款，不訂閱、不自動續扣。

3. Refund Policy / 退款政策

Because the Service is delivered immediately upon payment (digital service performed in real time, with your consent to start), payments are non-refundable once a paid scan begins.

If a paid scan fails due to a verifiable technical fault on our side and we cannot reproduce a successful scan within 24 hours, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the failed transaction by emailing support@sonini.app. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

因本服務為即時履行的數位服務（你已同意立即開始），一旦付費掃描開始即不予退款。若因我方可驗證的技術錯誤導致付費掃描失敗，且我方無法在 24 小時內提供成功掃描，你可於失敗交易發生後 7 日內 來信support@sonini.app 申請全額退款，將由 Lemon Squeezy 原路退回。

4. Acceptable use / 使用規範

You must own the Gmail account you connect, or have explicit permission to manage it.
Do not attempt to circumvent quota, payment, or rate-limiting mechanisms (including by creating multiple free trial accounts in bad faith).
Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Account & access / 帳號與權限

We authenticate you through your Google account. You can revoke access at any time via Google Account → Security → Third-party access.

6. Disclaimers / 免責聲明

The Service is provided "as is". Email classification is based on heuristics and community signals and may be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing suggested categories before applying them. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of Gmail or our infrastructure.

7. Limitation of liability / 責任限制

To the maximum extent permitted by Taiwan law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the total fees you paid us in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

在台灣法律允許的最大範圍內，我方因本服務所負之累計責任，以你過去 12 個月支付給我方之費用總額為上限，不負擔任何間接、附隨或衍生損害。

8. Changes / 修改

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will reflect material changes. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law / 準據法

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.

本條款依中華民國（台灣）法律解釋並適用。如有爭訟，雙方合意以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
