InboxTidy is designed to keep almost no personal data. Most of what is needed to deliver a scan exists only in server memory for ≤ 30 minutes. Still, you can request that we wipe every trace immediately.

InboxTidy 預設只在伺服器記憶體中保留少量資料且 30 分鐘內過期。若你仍希望我們立刻清除全部 痕跡，請依下列步驟操作。

1. Revoke Google access / 撤銷 Google 授權

This is the fastest and most complete step — once revoked, InboxTidy can no longer reach your Gmail at all.

  1. Open Google Account → Security → Third-party access.
  2. Locate "InboxTidy" in the list and click it.
  3. Click Remove access.

2. Clear local data / 清除本機資料

InboxTidy stores only your locale preference in your browser. Clear it from your browser settings (Site Data for our domain) or by visiting the site in Incognito mode.

3. Request server-side deletion / 要求伺服器端刪除

Send an email to support@sonini.app from the Google account you used to sign in, with the subject line DELETE MY DATA. We will:

  • Purge any in-memory scan result keyed to your session within 24 hours.
  • Delete any future Stripe-linked personal information (name, email, billing country) that is not required to be retained for tax/audit purposes by Taiwan law.
  • Confirm completion by reply email.

從你登入 InboxTidy 所使用的 Google 帳號寄信至 support@sonini.app，主旨填DELETE MY DATA。我們會在 24 小時內處理並回信確認。

4. About anonymous votes / 關於匿名投票

Aggregate domain → category votes contain no identifier that can be traced back to you, so they are not subject to per-user deletion. They are statistical counts only.

匿名的「網域 → 類別」聚合票數無法回溯到個別使用者，僅為統計數字，不在個別刪除範圍內。
